MILITANTS in the Niger Delta yesterday maintained that the amnesty purportedly being offered them by President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua was cheap talk and another jamboree.The Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) in an online letter addressed to Yar'Adua and his family advised him to be sincere in his approach to the protracted crisis in the region.
